M.
Omar Hadi has a Masters in Business Administration in International
Business from Johnson & Wales University. He is one of the
founders of the World Bank/IMF Staff Afghan Association, which
distributed approximately $30,000, in its two years of existence,
to various reputable humanitarian based NGOs in Afghanistan.
Mr. Hadi is currently working at the World Bank as a Program
Assistant, and main responsibility is project procurement issues.
His primary interests are coordinating various reconstruction
projects in Afghanistan.

Malaly Pikar Volpi |
| Experience: |
Malaly Pikar Volpi has a Masters Degree in Economics from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Seton Hall University. She has extensive experience in economic research, industry analysis, financial analysis and risk management. She works as the Director of Policy Council on Afghan Women, a coalition of Afghan and American organizations working to increase funding and assistance to Women in Afghanistan. Previously, Mrs. Volpi worked as an Assistant Vice President, in charge of economics research, in Tyco Capital and a Senior Financial Analyst at the CIT Group Inc. She also worked as an operations analyst for an international airline security and services company (ITC Inc.). Mrs. Volpi is a member of the National Business Economist Association (NABE) member of Afghanistan Peace Association in N.Y. Mrs. Volpi has a certification from Project Blueprint, an eight-week program designed to encourage and train minorities to serve on non-profit boards.

Jonathan Rothenberg |
| Experience: |
Jonathan Rothenberg has worked in Afghanistan and Pakistan with Afghan refugee and returnee programs for more than ten years concentrating on the Income Generation and Education sectors. Most recently, he gathered and analyzed information and wrote a feasibility study that Landmine Survivors Network will use to formulate its strategy to provide services that build economic independence and opportunity for landmine survivors and people with disabilities in Afghanistan. He worked seven years for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Tajikistan, Albania (during the Kosovo crisis), and West Timor (during the crisis in East Timor) besides Afghanistan and Pakistan. He has also worked in Kenya and as a Peace Corps volunteer in Ghana. While working in Afghanistan and Pakistan, he was deeply involved with NGO coordination and chaired meetings of Agency Coordinating Body for Afghan Relief (ACBAR) Education sub-committee meetings and served as the Representative of South Western Afghanistan and Balochistan Agency for Coordination (SWABAC). In that last role he participated in the first NGO mission visiting the Afghan Interim Government (AIG) in Kabul in 1992.

T. Hans Jansen |
| Experience: |
T. Hans Jansen has a Masters Degree in Electric Power and in Control Systems Engineering from Delft Technical University. He worked for 7 years in Suriname on plant construction and electrical maintenance for a leading American aluminum firm, 17 years as a senior project engineer and co-owner of INTERUTIL by International Consultants for Utilities, 13 years as Director and owner of CEED, independent consultant and managing director of Foundation EDP, a non-profit expert organization for Energy Development & Planning. He spent 2 years in Vietnam working for the non-profit Netherlands Management Cooperation Program. In addition, he performed short consultancies for a variety of funding agencies. In total, he worked in the Netherlands , USA, 7 countries in Asia, 7 in Africa, 3 in the Middle East, and 3 Caribbean countries.

Salehi |
| Experience: |
Azim Salehi has a Masters Degree in Business in Computer Science from Kent State University and an Associate Degree in Computer Programming from Stark State College. He has more than 15 years of experience in project management, consulting, software development, process engineering, organization development and high technology. He has managed several multi million dollar projects from project inception to completion and has extensive experience in project management methodology. He has held positions including Product Development Vice President, Software Development Manager, Director of Engineering and Technology Programs Manager.

Salehi |
| Experience: |
Najib Salehi has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Stark Technical College in Canton Ohio. He has an associate degree in Science from Maharaja's College, located in Jaipur India. He has over 14 years of experience in Account Management and four years of experience in design of overhead and underground power lines with Dominion Virginia Power. He has managed several multi million dollar projects with assigned Dominion customers. These customers accounted for over $100 million yearly revenue to Dominion. He is currently working with Loudoun County as their Energy Manager.

Suleiman Wali |
| Experience: |
Suleiman Wali has a bachelor's degree in Communication and Journalism from The George Washington University and currently is working as an online producer and writer at the ABC News affiliate in Washington, DC. He has worked in various positions in the fields of media and public relations, and has also served as a White House volunteer. Wali is dedicated to keeping all media organizations involved and engaged in covering accurate and positive news stories about the rebuilding and development efforts in Afghanistan. He also hopes to heighten public interest in the Afghan culture by disseminating information that reflects the many positive aspects of the country and its diverse people.
